SINGLE VINEYARD WINE
Uncompromisingly European agricultural techniques and the perfect micro-climate for growing Pinot Noir found in California’s Russian River Green Valley have combined to produce this wine, which has all the unique character of the Don Miguel vineyard. The trademark of this wine is its classic Pinot Noir nose, reflecting the unique personality of the Don Miguel vineyard fruit: aromas of wild berries, truffle and an array of spices – nutmeg, clove, cinnamon, anise. The palate shows excellent structure and a well developed body, with firm tannins and a trace of vanilla and toast from the noble ageing in oak.
Superb with meat dishes in mild sauces, such as magret of duck in raspberry sauce.
