This classic style was first brewed by monks in the Middle Agesin order to fortify themselves during their fasting. A generous amount of malt goes into every bottle of smooth, rich Taybeh Dark Beer. Brewed in small batches in German traditional style using roasted malted barley, hops, yeast, and pure water creating a classic quality rare brew to celebrate the turn of the century in the Holy Land.
