Chardonnay grapes from the Don Miguel vineyard in the western hills of Sonoma (Russian River Green Valley, California) develop delicate aromas, great concentration and a balance that is unique to Marimar Torres Estate. The signature aromas are of fresh apples with delicate floral touches. Clean, fruity and complex on the palate, with plenty of finesse and a long finish reminiscent of toast and spices.

A perfect complement to oven-baked fish (turbot, sole, salmon), as well as lobster and poultry.
